The Picture House is strategically located on Holdenhurst Road, a busy arterial route into Bournemouth, located opposite its junction with Cleveland Road. There is easy access to the A338 Wessex Way and there are numerous bus routes along Holdenhurst Road. Bournemouth Railway Station is approximately 1/2 mile away.
Accommodation
The Picture House is a former cinema, which is currently occupied by various media and marketing organisations. Several of the occupiers share a prestigious reception area with direct access to their various suites.

Tenure
